Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.50.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out of Philadelphia, PA. East Coast orders typically arrive within 2-3 days. West Coast orders are usually 5-7 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Please also allow 1-3 business days for order processing, depending on when your order is placed.

What carrier do you ship with?

We primarily ship via USPS, but may also use UPS or FedEx depending on the order. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the tracking information showing a successful delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

How do I start a return?

Sizing

How do I know if something will fit?

Vintage sizing runs differently than modern sizing. A vintage Large may fit more like a modern Medium, and vice versa. We include measurements in each product listing — chest, length, and sleeve where applicable. We recommend comparing these to a garment you already own rather than going by the tag size alone.

The tag says one size but the badge on the site says another — which is right?

We list the size based on how the item actually fits, not necessarily what the tag says. When in doubt, refer to the measurements in the product description.

Condition

What condition are your items in?

All of our items are pre-worn vintage pieces. We carefully inspect and select each item before listing it. Any notable flaws — fading, minor cracking on graphics, small marks — are noted and photographed in the listing. We do not sell items we would not wear ourselves.

Do you wash items before shipping?

Yes. All items are washed and ready to wear before they ship out.

Yes. Threads & Thrift is a verified seller on Urban Outfitters Marketplace. You can find us on both platforms. Shopping directly on our site is the best way to see our full inventory and get the fastest shipping.

Is the inventory the same on both platforms?

Not always. Our full inventory is available here on threadsandthrift.com. The UO Marketplace may carry a selection of our items but our own site will always have the most up to date and complete collection.
