How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.50.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out of Philadelphia, PA. East Coast orders typically arrive within 2-3 days. West Coast orders are usually 5-7 days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your order ships.

What carrier do you use?

We primarily ship via USPS but may also use UPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

How do I start a return?
